Vanessa: Care for my elderly mother post surgery
Sue and Kim gave my family an excellent level of service in finding the right live-in carer for my mother post surgery. Bridget was a superb match and had the benefit for us of being a fully qualified nurse who could change my mother's wound dressings and monitor her 24/7. Bridget was outstanding, and I would happily recommend the service provided by CareSisters.

CareSisters have cared for my mother at home since October 2018. My mother has moderate Alzheimer’s, which is slowly heading to severe, and myself and my siblings are delighted with the level of care Sue provides. We evaluated CareSisters (based on a personal recommendation from a good friend of ours) vs 2 large nationwide providers when we were looking for in-house care back in 2018, and we are very pleased that we appointed Sue and her small agency. We really like the continuity of care provided and the personalization suited specifically for my mother. I cannot recommend CareSisters highly enough.

Following the unexpected diagnosis of a rapidly progressing terminal illness, Susi responded immediately to our request for help finding a carer to enable my father to be discharged from hospital so that he could thereafter be nursed at home, supported by his wife. The help that we received from Noelle was exemplary. She put aside her own family plans to respond to our situation and from the moment she arrived was unfailingly professional and, in everything she did, went beyond what we might reasonably have expected. Nothing was too much trouble in her endeavours to make him as comfortable as possible, preserving his dignity and quality of life in what ever way she could. At the same time she showed remarkable sensitivity to the needs of everyone around her in an increasingly hopeless situation. I would have no hesitation in recommending 'Caring Sisters' to anyone. I remain eternally grateful for all the help, the care and support that Susi and Noelle gave to us.

Care Sisters took exceptional care of my mother-in-law through terminal cancer. They lived in for about 3 years and over that time became close friends of the family and confidante to my mother-in-law. I would not hesitate to recommend them in any situation where care at home is the better option.

Care Sisters helped me with the care of my elderly aunt over a period of about a year in all. To start with they worked as part of a rota alongside family members until we eventually needed them to provide one to one care 24/7. I found them to be honest, hardworking and above all compassionate towards my aunt. Nothing was too much trouble in trying to help her make the most of her life in spite of her failing health and frequent stays in hospital. I am happy to recommend them if you are struggling to care for an elderly relative.
